This week on Vitality Radio Podcast, Jared rants about the opioid crisis. A recent report share 75 billion oxycodone & hydrocodone pills during 2006-2012, also during that time period roughly 100,000 individuals died from complications from opioids and opioid addiction. Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Purdue, and other major opioid manufacturing companies are now in legal battles in regard to the opioid crisis. In some cases, the companies are losing their legal battles which in turn will help hold the other companies accountable as well.
Jared’s part two of his ran is about Prop 2, medical marijuana, and legislators, specifically Senator Vickers working to prevent medical marijuana from coming into fruition in Utah. Jared also discusses natural alternative options to address chronic pain like CBD.
